Event Overview

• Friday, March 20
  SIC Training Camp – Private lessons & workshops with our international teachers and judges
• Saturday, March 21
  Competition Day – The competition will start in the morning and continue throughout the day
  Gala Evening & After Party – The day will finish with a beautiful Gala Evening, followed by an after party at the venue, open to all registered dancers and guests.

Entry & Accreditation

Upon arrival at the venue, please show the confirmation email with your booking code – You will then receive your official SIC wristband, which gives you access to the ballroom and all competitor areas.

Entry tickets for the daytime part can be purchased at the door.
For the evening / Gala, we strongly recommend buying tickets in advance, as places are limited.

Competitors can already pick up their competition number on Friday at the entry desk.

Please note that the official competition schedule will be confirmed and published one week before the event.

Gala Evening – Included in Competitor Registration (Saturday, March 21)

Your competitor registration includes access to the Gala Evening, where you can:

• Enjoy the best semifinals and finals, plus special shows
• Join the general dancing 
• Have a drink and celebrate together
• Get professional photos and even a short interview
• Participate in our tombola and win prizes

Friday Training Camp – March 20

• Get private lessons with all our amazing teachers and judges. A tentative private lesson schedule (screenshot) is attached. You can see available spots. Prices for each teacher is on our website. Lessons are paid cash before your lesson at the desk.
• Exclusive workshop with the legendary Karina Smirnoff & Mauricio Vescovo- Workshop time: 19:00–20:30 ( pay cash on spot or with on our website via Flymark)

Competitors Dress Code – Swiss International Championship

Our goal is to create a fair, elegant, and positive environment, especially for young dancers.
This dress code is a guideline, not a reason for disqualification.

Children Under 8 & Under 10

• Simple dance outfits recommended
• No stones or rhinestones
• Clean, age-appropriate look
• No excessive make-up or hairstyles

Under 12

• Stones and light decoration are allowed
• Please keep styling age-appropriate.

Our priority is the well-being, confidence, and joy of the children. No child will be disqualified based on outfit details.

Junior / Youth / Adult Categories (13-16yo)

• Free choice of competition outfits
• Standard competition etiquette applies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask all participants and guests to carefully read the following policy before purchasing tickets, registrations, workshops, or packages.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

• Tickets, workshops, registration, packages are non-refundable in case of personal schedule changes or other personal reasons.

• In case of injury or health issues, some refund may be considered with a medical certificate.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person by informing the organizers in advance.
• Cancellation of private lessons 2 weeks before the camp is due to payment. Otherwise bookings may be transferred to another dancer.

Exceptional Cases

We understand that unforeseen health issues can occur.
For this reason, SIC allows refund consideration only in case of injury or serious medical condition, supported by an official medical certificate.
